We can generally obtain parts from our stockist extremely quickly and often receive two parts deliveries per day. We also carry out repairs to cars and light commercial vehicles and can often provide a loan vehicle whilst yours is in for repairs or servicing. 

Diagnostics

Almost all modern vehicles have a central processing system – that requires a specialist computer system to find out its fault codes. At Suffolk Motors we have heavily invested in state-of-the-art diagnostics systems that allow us to read most vehicles engine management systems. That way we can get to the bottom of your vehicle problems quickly and efficiently. Our engineers have been trained to operate and diagnose faults on todays vehicles. AIR CONDITIONING

Most vehicles today have an air conditioning or climate control system. These systems can need a little attention now and again. From a system that smells to a “re-gas” – where we re-charge the system with compliant air-conditioning gas to make you system super-cool – or repairs whereby the air-conditioning system may have ruptured and is leaking. We have equipment that can clean out most air-conditioning systems and replace old, ineffective gas with a new charge – to ensure your summer driving is a pleasurable experience. MOT’S

It is a legal requirement to ensure that your vehicle carries a valid MOT certificate from three years after manufacture. We perform class 4 MOT’s for customers. We can also carry out remedial work on vehicles that fail their MOT. We offer a free retest if within 10days of the original test date. If you need an MOT for your vehicle in the near future – call us to book in your car or light commercial vehicle.

We offer a check-over service – where we can assess your vehicle for these items and report back to you – with a quotation for the remedial work to be carried out. Neglecting some or all of these items for an extended period – can end up with you being stranded at the side of the road. Paying attention to these items could ensure that you don’t meet with a costly bill in the future.
